Senior Vice-President, Head of Fixed Income & Lead – Private Markets

Geof Marshall is Senior Vice-President, Head of Fixed Income and Lead for Private Markets at CI Global Asset Management. He joined CI GAM in 2006 and leads the firm’s fixed income team and private markets group.

Geof is the lead manager on CI GAM’s income strategies and co-manages the firm’s private markets and income & growth funds, as well as a range of multi-asset fixed income portfolios. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience, with deep expertise in asset allocation and the analysis, management and trading of corporate bonds, leveraged loans and private credit.

Prior to joining CI GAM, Geof was a portfolio manager at Manulife Financial. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Geof is an active contributor to the investment community. He is a member of CFA Society Toronto and chairs the Investment Committee at the Royal Ontario Museum, where he also serves on the Board of Governors.
